Pando The Giant is an American music project based in Portland, OR. The music is based around the compositions and songwriting of Michael Hart.

The debut album from Pando The Giant is titled “Tales From A Dying City” and was released in January of 2016. The sounds on the album engulf the listener in a post-apocalyptic city while the words tell stories of its corrupted decay. The recordings incorporate styles that range from classical circus pop to post-rock choir-bop and, in certain moments, resemble transformative variations of industrial folk madness.

“Tales From A Dying City” was recorded between 2010-2015 in Portland, OR and at a cabin in the Rocky Mountains outside of Salt Lake City, UT.
